What happens if my order arrives to me damaged?
In case you receive a damaged package, please ask for the driver to stay and carefully analyse the extent of the damage. Ensure that photos are taken for proof and that the transport box is kept, otherwise transport companies will not accept a complaint.
In addition, please mention this while signing on the consignment letter.
All damage to the product should be reported to us, via our customer care service so that we can analyse and act accordingly.
