Due to technical file storage matters, Koy Lab deletes from its servers all received files that have been purchased and delivered to customers after 60 days.

After that date, Koy Lab will not be held responsible for the return of the files or their reprint. If you want to receive the files back after the completion of your order, you must expressly request this by email to our customer care team.

Files and projects that have not yet been completed and are in the pending state of purchase will be stored for a 6-month period.After that, they will be deleted.

After 6 months the pending projects will be eliminated from the server. You will no longer have access to them. In case of need to extend this period, you should contact your account manager and request this in writing, so that the projects are not deleted.
