Since the "most wonderful time of the year" is approaching, in order to help out in the middle of all the fuss, we have prepared our Christmas calendar just for you!
All our products are handmade, with all dedication and personalisation required. Therefore, we will need all your cooperation to be able to deliver them on time, since during this period of the year, our order numbers grow from 50 to 500%.
We would recommend you to place a small number of orders per shopping cart. This will allow you to book all your delivery appointments with time, instead of waiting for all orders to be delivered at once.
• Koy Lab will be closed for Christmas and New Year's holidays from 23.12.2021 till 03.01.2022.
• During this festive period, we do not accept any SAMPLE/DEMO orders. Please make sure you place your sample orders until the 31.10.2021, otherwise these will only be shipped in January 2022.
• All orders with anomalies, detected upon files verification will not be considered valid, even if uploaded within the announced deadline
• Koy Lab does not take responsibility for any transport delays
